You obviously must find out the truth.  You have to figure out if your spouse has been lying to you and then, if so, catch him or her in the act so that you have irrefutable proof.  With new technology, you can find out most anything. 

Because of today's technology, it is easier than ever to meet people and to keep in contact with them.  If your husband or wife is cheating, he or she is most likely making use of technology to keep in touch, such as with a computer or cell phone with internet connection.  Both of these types of technology offer solid proof that your spouse has been cheating.

If possible, get a hold of your spouse's cell phone.  You can easily look through the dialed and received phone calls.  Look for numbers that you do not recognize.  You will find that obtaining your spouse's phone is not as difficult as it may seem.  He or she has to sleep sometimes and take showers.  These are the most opportune times to check for this type of evidence.  Also don't forget about the infamous text message.  Look through the conversations that have been saved to the phone and find out if your spouse is talking dirty with someone other than you.  You can also use reverse phone locators to find out personal information about the owners of phone numbers that you do not recognize. 

If you suspect that your spouse is utilizing his or her computer to cheat, you can install spyware software programs that will track any kind of behavior that you are looking for.  If you do not want to go this route, you can always simply check the history that is saved in the computer's internet browser.  If there is no saved history, it is possible that your spouse knows how to delete the history, and this can be a sign that something is going on behind your back.

There are also other ways that you can catch your spouse if you suspect that he or she is cheating on you.  You can attach a GPS tracking device to his or her vehicle and you will be able to see exactly where he or she goes when they leave the home.  You can install a hidden camera in your home or wherever you think it would be most beneficial. 

In extreme cases, you can also ask your spouse to submit to a lie detector test.  If he or she refuses to submit, then you can be somewhat certain that something must be going on.
